Started playing bass age 12

Classical double bass lessons, bass guitar in school rock band

GCSE Music, A-Level Music, Grade 8 Distinction (1998)

Music degree at University Of Southampton – switched my main focus of study to jazz, graduated 2001 with BA (1st class hons.)

MA Music Performance University Of Southampton (2002)

Freelance Performer & Teacher since then!

Current gigs include: Dep work for numerous high end function bands, jazz gigs, The Manusa Project (gypsy jazz), Nick Tann Trio (singer songrwriter), Blue Commotion (electric blues)…
